Collie is an early-stage prototype made available for evaluation, testing, and feedback.

Professional Review Required: The analyses, summaries, calculations, observations, and responses generated by Collie are intended to support professional review. They should not be treated as investment, financial, legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. Users are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying all source information, calculations, assumptions, analyses, and conclusions before relying on them or making a decision.

Uploaded Materials: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right and appropriate authorization to upload any materials submitted to Collie. Files uploaded to the prototype are processed to generate the requested analysis and to support your questions during your session. They are held only transiently, on temporary server storage that is not intended for long-term retention, and uploaded materials are not used to train the underlying AI models. Do not upload confidential, proprietary, personally identifiable, legally restricted, or third-party information unless you are authorized to do so.

AI-Generated Outputs: Collie may use third-party AI services through APIs. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on an incorrect interpretation of the uploaded materials. The prototype is an analytical aid and is not a substitute for professional judgment.

Prototype Availability: This is a prototype. Features may change, fail, produce inconsistent results, or become temporarily unavailable. By using the prototype, you acknowledge its experimental nature and agree to evaluate its outputs accordingly.
